AUSCP is now a 501(c)3!

The Association of US Catholic Priests has received official exemption as a tax exempt organization. We "are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions ... are deductible under section 170 of the Code."

We may "receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2016, or 2522 of the Code." We are hereby classified as a "Public Charity" in the "Publication 4221-PC."  This includes all donations dating back to June of 2012.  Anyone needing the official statement for tax purposes contact mailto:frankecka@aol.com

The AUSCP welcomes donations from members and non-members and organizations alike in order to help sustain the work of serving priests and fulfilling its mission.  Donations also have been used so that priests of limited means could attend our annual assembly.  You may donate by sending a check to:
