Vendor and Exhibitor Contract 2018
This contract is for the assembly of the Association of U S Catholic Priests on June 25 to 28, 2017 at the Marriott Pyramid North. The price includes one six foot long table with skirting and two chairs. Any other need would have to be arranged with the hotel. You are eligible to receive our hotel rate of $112 per night, single or double, by calling the hotel (505=821-3333) and asking for the rate of the Association of U S Catholic Priests or going to our website, www.uscatholicpriests.org, and using the link to the hotel reservation form. It is highly recommended that you use the link on our website since there have been few problems encountered. As an exhibitor you can attend any of the talks or prayer services. Please make your choice below and return the form with your payment. You cannot pay on line. The deadline for inclusion in our program book is May 1, 2017.
_____Non-Profit: $150 per table. Includes listing in program book.
_____For-Profit: $300 per table: Includes listing in program book.
_____Non-Attending Supporters: $100 Includes listing in program book.
_____Special for non-profits: Register for the assembly as a friend ($495) which includes all meals including the banquet and the table is only $35.
_____Basic Sponsorship: $800. Includes half page ad. (Second table $200)
_____Speaker Sponsorship: $2000 Includes all association meals for one and a half page ad. (Up to two tables included)
_____Hospitality Sponsorship: $6000 Includes double room and meals for two and full page ad. (Up to two tables included)
